you can call me kod! i was born in the year 1998, someplace in the colder parts of europe. i've lived in a few different places, but i'm currently based in europe. i work in IT and spend my spare time on a whole plethora of hobbies.

as far as my hobbies go, as someone raised on forums and online games, i love virtual worlds -- mmos, online and offline rpgs, the "metaverse" (second life, not the facebook one!!), etc. i love the indie web and have been a casual observer/reader before locking in and finally building one of my own. i love technology, but not what it's used for. i looove photography (i'm am amateur and mostly operate in virtual space). i like japanese mascot characters (meowth from pokemon is my favorite!). i care about and advocate for physical and digital media preservation, and own a small physical archive of art books, CDs and games, along with some japanese keitai and tamagotchi and other niche interests i'll surely write about in the future.

i like keeping my space (online and offline) as minimalistic and distraction free as possible, but you see, i also love and have a lot of nostalgia for the very overstimulating internet of the early 2000s, so in the future, expect to find a varying degree of styles on this here webpage. :3
